"There are a handful of people in my life that I can honestly say have changed me. Betty Lawson is one of those very people. She didn't just teach me piano, she taught me to make music, song, how to flow and create. I will always remember how she taught me to just pound the keys, letting loose of all timidity...and maybe breaking a few keys. I'm honored to have had such a person's fingerprint in the music I make and life I live."
Lisa Stovall Gungor
